ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a major FMCG company, is looking for a high caliber young professional to join their dynamic and expanding team as Sales Representative responsible for our Wholesaler Channel.
Sales Representative – Based in Patra (ref. Code 5682/SR/ESS/GR)
The role would be based in Patra. Sector of responsibility, West Peloponnesus, Epirus, Ionian Islands, West central Greece.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting assigned cluster, Wholesaler, Small Market, National Retailers, of clients ensuring a capillary coverage of the territory in order to achieve KPI in terms of frequency of visits per store/client cluster
- Ensuring the achievement of sales objectives targets per Customer
- Ensuring the adequate level of assortment and stock in the points of sales of the assigned territory and optimizing and monitor product distribution in compliance with selective distribution guidelines
- Verifying agreed assortment with our customers ( depth & width )
- Monitor and manage sales budget of wholesalers for trade activities
- Building constructive relationships with Clients and Associates
- Working closely with the Sales Team, Product/ Trade Marketing, Key Account Management; externally, constant interaction with Wholesalers, Buying groups, Managers & Store Associates of assigned client portfolio.
