- Maximum of 8 working hours per day.
- One day off per week.

The Role:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm welcome upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Manage guest reservations, including processing bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Assist with concierge services such as arranging transportation, booking tours, and making restaurant reservations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, seeking resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence and contribute to a positive work environment.

- Previous experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and other computer systems.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities is desirable.
