Responsibilities:
- Lead a full stack software development team in product design and development, adoption of new technologies and continuous professional advancement
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and training for entry and mid-level software developers
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Decide on software architecture and product features
- Undertake code reviews and provide useful feedback
- Ensure code quality, readability and maintainability
- Utilize, communicate and enforce coding standards
