Hotel Manager to our lovely hotel in Mykonos and be part of our team.
As a Hotel Manager you will have the following responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the daily operational functions of all departments of the hotel to ensure compliance to hotel operation policies
- Monitoring customer service in all departments and solve problems according to the hotels policies and/or improve according to the hotels service goal standards.
- Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements.
- Set short- and long-term strategic goals for future growth and analyse data and trends to find problems and opportunities.
- Ensure the on-going profitability of the hotel by monitoring daily/monthly operational costs
Necessary Qualifications:- At least one-year previous experience in similar position or in Operation Management
- Studies or seminars in Hospitality
- Respond to audits
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Responsible and organized
- Be able to relocate in Mykonos
