Maintenance Assistant (Central Greece)

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Assistant, for our  hotel/resort, based on Central Greece.

Overview of The Role:

Position based all year round on the resort, you will assist the Maintenance Manager to organize the maintenance personnel and coordinate renovation and repair projects.

Main responsibilities:

•  Assists the Maintenance Manager and Performs duties as requested.
•  Prepares the team’s schedules and designates tasks.
•  Coordinate Pre-Opening and Closing Procedures related to technical issues.
•  During Wintertime, ensures maintenance procedures.
•  Manages relationships with contractors and service providers

Requirements:

•  Fluent  in English 
•  User of Microsoft Office, Windows, and Internet
•  Knowledge of health and safety standards, Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems is a plus 
•  Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
