The ideal Candidate should:
- Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via free phone lines, mail and online chat for customers regarding the tracking of their orders and other queries.
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database.
- Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)

- Fluency in German language
- Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written)
- Tech savvy
- Genuinely excited to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving oriented.
- Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative.
