A day at workThroughout the day, you will likely collaborate closely with colleagues from the HR, Finance, General Management etc. at a Group level, to ensure alignment of compensation and benefits strategies with the overall goals and objectives of Alumil Group. Your role as a Compensation and Benefits Associate is essential in assisting to attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring fairness and equity in compensation practices.
Your typical day at work might include a variety of tasks and responsibilities aimed at:
- Providing guidance and support to co-workers regarding compensation and benefits related inquiries and issues
- Preparing reports and presentations in providing insights to senior management and guiding strategic decision-making processes
- Monitoring and updating the organizational charts of Alumil Group
- Performing job evaluation process based on job analysis per position
- Reviewing and registering the monthly payroll reports of Alumil Group within HRMS
- Assisting in the performance management process and administering the bonus scheme
- Assisting in workforce planning process
- Administering any benefits-related tasks
