Key accountabilities:
Creates a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Takes care of all VIP guests and coordinates with all concerned departments and external contacts to fulfill guest needs and requests
Politely welcomes, addresses, and farewells the VIP guests through check in – check out procedures
Escorts the guests to the villa and presents all facilities
She/he is fully aware of the service and other amenities offered, makes suggestions on menu selections
Tactfully follows all guest needs, and projects a high level of willingness to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction both in-person and via email before guest’s arrival and during their stay
Handles email correspondence
Serves welcome drinks and assists with food course and/or beverages
Helps monitor the stock inventory and follows up on replenishment
Informs Housekeeping department the time desired for the daily cleaning and turn-down service
Is fully aware of operating and safety procedures for all electrical and electronic equipment in the villa
Always ensures the cleanliness and tidiness of the villa
Attends and contributes to meetings and relevant trainings
Performs any other reasonable job duties as requested
Skills & expertise:
Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Villa Manager or a Butler in luxury level establishments
F&B knowledge (such as service and food & wine paring)
Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
Strong multi-tasking skills
Proficient knowledge (both oral and written) of the English language.
