Quality Assurance Specialist - Dutch Speaking(Ref. code 5767/QAS/RS/GR)The candidate will be responsible to ensure the maintenance of quality standards and compliance in the contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality performance standards
- Track progress of individual front office agents to ensure that all agents are meeting quality standards
- Support team leaders in coaching and creating performance action plans to ensure continuous improvement
- Provide feedback to contact centre operations, team leaders and front office agents
- Ensure maintenance of quality standards and proper evaluation methodology in collaboration with the Group policies
- Perform structural quality measurements, track trends and make improvement recommendations
