ICAP Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of its client, a leading credit management services group with a European footprint who offers services designed to measurably improve clients' cash flow and long-term profitability including purchase of receivables, is seeking for the following position:

Quality Assurance Specialist - Dutch Speaking

(Ref. code 5767/QAS/RS/GR)

The candidate will be responsible to ensure the maintenance of quality standards and compliance in the contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality performance standards
  • Track progress of individual front office agents to ensure that all agents are meeting quality standards
  • Support team leaders in coaching and creating performance action plans to ensure continuous improvement
  • Provide feedback to contact centre operations, team leaders and front office agents
  • Ensure maintenance of quality standards and proper evaluation methodology in collaboration with the Group policies
  • Perform structural quality measurements, track trends and make improvement recommendations

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications:
  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role in contact center will be considered as an asset
  • Native Language Skills of supported markets (Dutch/ German/ French)
  • English Language skills (B2 and above)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer focus mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Desire and energy striving for excellence and quality within the business
  • High attention to detail, sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
  • Experience of working in quality assurance and/or regulated settings and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory, business and contractual requirements relating to quality standards, systems and processes
  • Technical understanding and computer skills
