Administrative Assistant (Thessaloniki)Job description:
- Ensure the provision of a comprehensive executive support service
- Participate in project work to identify/ manage & implement improvements and enhancements both to existing and new working practices /business procedures
- Collate & analyze information for use by managers in departmental decision-making to ensure the smooth running of the team
- Establish & maintain business procedures and systems to support team/business processes apply improvements
- Manage meetings / coordinate logistics/ source appropriate facilities, to meet general requirements and cost constraints
- Produce routine documents such as letters, reports using existing templates or creating new ones & other documentation
- Plan, organize & prioritize both team as well as own work daily to meet deadlines
- Act as a first point of contact for both internal colleagues & external customers
