IT Recruiter – Thessaloniki based (12 months contract)
Job Description
• Attract IT profiles in various roles and levels of seniority
• Create job descriptions
• Post advertisements in all collaborating job boards and CV sources
• Screen applications
• Conduct interviews with candidates
• Manage candidate experience in terms of recruitment (assessment centers, tests etc.)
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business or Information Technology is required
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Thorough knowledge of the recruitment process in all levels of experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment in a multinational company (especially part of it in IT positions)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• The ability to handle strict deadlines in a changing environment
• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
• Experience in handling Applicant Tracking Systems
• Proficiency with computer and software applications (i.e. Microsoft office)
