Responsibilities:
• Manage the talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand the skills and competencies required
• Conduct employee onboarding
• Responsible for the development and implementation of ATS system
• Assist in development and implementation of other human resource policies
• Participate in the design of employees’ training and development plan
• Participate in the employees’ evaluation process and performance management
