Our client, one of the world’s leading supplier of beverage dispensing and cooling equipment, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for Middle East & Africa region.
Middle East & Africa is of critical importance and is one of the most fast-paced parts of the world. It is a dynamic region, constantly and significantly transforming itself. This position will expose you to a multicultural and very exciting work environment
Duties/Responsibilities
• Efficiently enter and manage all company orders to relevant factories
• Liaise daily with procurement & planning for order status ensuring delivery commitment
• Co-ordination of shipments with all customers
• Logistics co-ordination with forwarders
• Provide sales assistance to Area Sales Manager
• Invoicing of all orders
• Co-ordination with logistics Department for preparation of shipping documents.
• Co-operating with Account Department for overdue payments
• Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, systems and objectives.
• Suggests areas for improvement in customer support processes along with possible solutions.
