What will I be doing?
- Responsible for welcoming guests (c/in, c/out).
- Interaction with clients and affiliates on a daily basis.
- Coordinate housekeeping with our affiliates in the area.
- Solving any issue that might arise with guests.
- Direct communication with guests prior to their arrival with full support from our Reservations Department.
- Responsible for excellent customer service during stays.
What are we looking for?

- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving philosophy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Business or related field.
- Friendly, confident and polite.
- Customer service oriented.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be a plus.
- Candidate must have a car.
