As a Training Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Develop professional skills of employees via designing, implementing, and delivering Training programs.
- Plan and coordinate training sessions according to operations demands and needs.
- Deliver training activities on a variety of topics and areas of expertise.
- Develop training content based on operations and/or client requirements.
- Maintain and track pre/post-training reporting using company's training tools.
- Propose training program improvements to cover identified training needs.
- Adhere to company's Training Process and policies.
- Propose Training Process amendments to optimize it and ensure its smooth implementation.
- Identify relevant actions and oversee the development of members of the Training team.
