As a Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting guests when they enter the hotel, providing useful information about the hotel, helping guests to make travel arrangements, and addressing any customer complaints or passing those complaints to management.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring and providing flawless, professional, and upscale guest service experiences
- Responding to guests' needs and anticipating their unstated ones
- Replying to guests’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Actively listen to and resolve guest complaints
- Ensuring special guests, like disabled people, the elderly, children, and VIPs, receive personalized service
- Answering internal and external guest queries and responding to all requests accordingly
- Coordinating activities between different hotel departments to ensure effective teamwork and guest satisfaction
- Personally, engaging with guests throughout the hotel or over the phone to gain feedback on their stay and ascertaining how the front office team can make them more comfortable
