Our client, a developing company in the collection of account receivables, is looking for an
IT Manager for its Call CenterKey Responsibilities:- To solve effectively and timely any IT problems that may occur (both software and hardware)
- To prepare reports according to business needs
- To accomplish changes required by our client or its cooperating partners and report possible risks associated to objectives’ achievement to appropriate staff
- To control the actions needed to improve performance where the results are below target
- To implement goals and objectives set by the Collection Manager as well as to set its own IT goals
- To gather employee feedback and communicate to management staff for solutions and corrective actions
- To monitor all statistical measurements / results on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, as needed and take sound decisions
- To prepare cost-benefit analysis so as to improve efficiency
- To follow and apply clients' regulations regarding personal and performance data confidentiality and security
- To control costs and keep the project on track financially
- To co-operate with the supervising team so as to establish procedures and put them into effect.
