As an
HR Administrator, your everyday tasks will include:
- updating and maintaining HR related files
- keeping track of leave time (such as vacation, personal, and sick leave) for employees
- processing paperwork for new employees
- participating in the recruitment process (e.g. sourcing, coordinating and scheduling interviews)
- producing and submitting reports on general HR activity
- coordinating HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, etc)
- assisting with performance management procedures
- assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (bonus, leaves, etc)
