ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of Pfizer, the Leading Global Biopharmaceutical Company, is looking for a Recruiter to be responsible for the recruitment activities of their new Global Business Services Center (GBS).

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaboration with hiring managers to fill open positions
  • Post advertisements in all available job boards
  • Screen applications through Pfizer AI tools
  • Conduct interviews with candidates
  • Schedule interviews for hiring managers
  • Manage candidate experience in terms of recruitment
  • Create/adjust job descriptions (if needed)
  • Attract profiles in various roles and levels of seniority
  • Manage pre-hire activities through Pfizer systems
  •  Manage international hirings in collaboration with relevant Pfizer department and local providers

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Βachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Psychology/Business or related field is required
  • Master’s degree is preferred
  • Τhorough knowledge of the recruitment process in all levels of experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment in a multinational company
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • The ability to handle strict deadlines in a changing environment
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
  • Experience in handling Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience in Workday system will be considered an asset
  • Proficiency with computer and software applications (i.e. Microsoft office)
