Περιγραφή

Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, a partner of Vodafone, is looking for a Voice Provisioning Engineer.

The Voice Provisioning Engineer is responsible for covering Vodafone’s fixed telephony services (product: OneNet and Vodafone Business Connect – VBC30/60) activation in direct contact with VGE / Major / SME Customers.
 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer infrastructure and confirm together with presales engineers that the correct solution implementation is offered to the Enterprise Customers
• Receive directly from EBUTAM/AM the requests for changes, or from TES Project Managers the requests for new service activation of OneNet and Vodafone Business Connect services
• Co-ordinate and perform all required actions in order to activate OneNet and VBC30-60 products at the customer’s premises
• Organize service integrator’s technician visits to customer’s premises in order to perform all required on site installation activities
• Access customer’s internal network (under customer’s guidance) in order to perform work around actions while the activation takes place

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Good general and technical education with qualifications in telecommunications, electronics and computing, TEI or University degree
• Knowledge of ISDN signalling, Sip messages, IMS network, RTP, PRI, Routing, PBX configuration
• Knowledge of Cisco equipment/Call manager/programming
• Thorough knowledge, end to end, of fixed voice telecommunication network operation
• Knowledge of networks/switches
• Basic Knowledge of MetroETH, Microwave, EFM Services
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Core Competences, knowledge and experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in administration of technology services (Fixed telephony – PBX administration)
• Very good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Logical approach to problem solving and self-motivation
• Ability to retain knowledge and cross-match new problems with previous ones (problem-solving skills)
• Broad experience of supporting major corporate customers through virtual teams, suppliers, contractors and integrators
• A good command of written and spoken English
