A large multinational hotel company is seeking qualified personnel for its hotels for the following position:
Food & Beverage Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position at a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Degree in higher tourism education.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant management and gastronomy.
- Excellent knowledge of cost control and budgeting.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second language will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of HACCP and ISO procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Customer service and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability in an increasingly demanding environment.
Additional Qualifications:- Master’s degree.
- Knowledge of a second foreign language.
- Familiarity with hotel management software.
