A large multinational hotel company is seeking qualified personnel for its hotels for the following position:
Sous Chef


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef.
  • Degree or certification in Culinary Arts.
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and culinary processes.
  • Familiarity with best practices in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to use computer software (MS Office, restaurant management systems, POS).
