A large multinational hotel company is seeking qualified personnel for its hotels for the following position:
Sous Chef
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef.
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage.
- Comprehensive understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and culinary processes.
- Familiarity with best practices in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to use computer software (MS Office, restaurant management systems, POS).
