A large multinational hotel company is seeking qualified personnel for its hotels for the following position:
Sous Maître
Required Qualifications:
- At least 4–5 years of experience in a similar position at a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Degree from a hospitality or tourism school.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant service and gastronomy.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second language will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge and correct application of HACCP and ISO procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills in both restaurant and bar settings.
- Strong customer-service orientation and goal achievement mindset, with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Flexibility, adaptability, professionalism, and teamwork.
