A large multinational hotel company is seeking qualified personnel for its hotels for the following position:
Head Cooks – Main Kitchen & à la carte
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel.
- Graduate of a culinary school.
- Good command of English or another foreign language.
- Knowledge and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP – ISO).
- Team spirit and strong sense of cooperation.
- Adaptability and ability to perform under pressure.
