We are seeking a Buffet Runner to join our team and actively contribute to the creation of high-level gastronomic experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the buffet
- Ensure timely replenishment of hot and cold dishes
- Provide information to guests regarding buffet items
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper presentation and maintenance of products
- Comply with HACCP regulations (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
