Join our team in Athens and support a leading electronics brand by providing top-tier customer service in
Dutch.
What you’ll do:- Handle incoming requests via phone, email & chat
- Assist customers with product, order, or technical queries
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Use internal tools and follow procedures to manage inquiries
You bring:- C2 level Dutch and B2-C1 English (verbal & written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Willingness to work from the office in Athens
Working Hours:
Mon–Fri: 10:00–19:00
Sat–Sun: 10:00–18:30 (on rotation)
