In a nutshell:
The Dietitian - Nutritionist (Wellness Coordinator) supports the Wellness Department in all aspects of spa and wellness. The Gatekeeper of our guest’s wellness journey, you will apply high levels of professional experience and skill, in the delivery of a wide range of holistic programs with accuracy, attention to detail and confidence. A strong all-round communicator you will be an Ambassador for GOCO Hospitality and Daios Cove, working collaboratively to make a positive impact on guest well-being and transforming their wellness journey and inspiring them to strive for success.

Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

• Perform high-standard consultations, making assessments to ascertain general client health or lifestyle goals and subsequent treatments
• Possess excellent organization skills to manage and maintain guest history, financial and business records, licenses, and permits
• Influence, support, and encourage guests in following their program, providing professional, non-judgmental advice that motivates their success
• Providing valuable insights and personalized recommendations for clients' health and well-being
• Maintain and continuously strive to update knowledge on the latest trends, treatments, and equipment in spa and wellness
• Assist in the planning and creation of spa and wellness-related events and workshops, including collaboration with the sales and marketing team on PR-related tasks
• Collaborate with team members, being a mentor that inspires passion and innovation from within, including being proactive in the company's daily briefings
• Be a role model for high standards of appearance, grooming, and conduct, upholding the company's vision and philosophy, demonstrating a professional image for guests

Ideal Candidate qualifications and Skills:

• Academic Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics/Human Nutrition
• Ideally, prior experience as a dietitian-nutritionist, ideally in a hospitality or professional environment
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of some of the leading wellness techniques, including the latest in wellness trends and technologies, and non-invasive diagnostic equipment
• Proven proficiency in the use of the English language
• Experience in the hospitality and/or wellness industry will be considered a plus
• Proven ability to coordinate projects, meet tight deadlines on short notice, and multi-task
• Dealing with guests in a caring and confident manner
• Computer literate; Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Physical and Schedule Demands:

• Must be able to work under pressure with time deadlines during peak periods
• To act as HOD in the absence of the Wellness Director
• Undertake tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Wellness Director
• Weekend, evening, and public holiday availability required
