AMĀRIA Beach Resort (5* Hotel) in Monolithos – Santorini is looking to hire a Front Office Manager for the season 2026.
As Front Office Manager, you will coordinate all front desk activities, act as the “face” of our company, and ensure that all visitors receive a heart warming welcome. As a Front Office Manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead the Front Office team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Train, supervise and support Front Office Agents as well as the Guest Relations department
- Identify training needs, develop, and manage performance
- Schedule shifts, supervise workload during shifts, monitor all cash-handling & credit policies
- Enforces all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies
- Ensure that all tasks of the Front Office team are carried out in a smooth and exceptional manner
- Monitors all V.I.P & guests requests
- Resolves guest complaints quickly, efficiently, and courteously
- Maintains master key control
- Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments
- Conducts regularly scheduled meetings/briefings for the Front Office Agents
- Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and informative leaflets)
- Prepare performance reports related to the Front Office
- Ensure company’s policies requirements are met
