AMĀRIA Beach Resort in Santorini is in the process of recruiting for the position of Guest Relations Agent for the season 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way.
  • Addressing and escalating customer complaints.
  • Providing information about facilities, activities and other hotel services.
  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
  • Oversee Guest’s arrangements (e.g. birthdays, proposals, decorations, private dinner, etc.).
  • Rooming: Escort the Guest to their room when needed
  • Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
  • Offer Guest assistance with certain tasks.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate to Front Office Manager when needed.
  • Record information in the logbook daily.
  • Respond to the online Guest reviews (e.g. Booking, TripAdvisor, etc.).
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a tidy work area.
  • Assist the Front Office with daily check-ins and check-outs when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Position requirements
  • Minimum 2 year experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
  • Fluency in both Greek & English (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of Hotel PMS (knowledge of Opera Cloud will be considered as an asset)
  • Computer literacy (Windows Word, Excel, Internet)
  • Professional personal presentation with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to act proactively and constantly find creative solutions in every guest encounter
  • Excellent time management, multitask & organizational skills
  • Teamwork spirit
