Contract: Full Time /seasonal

Your main responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily bar management operations
  • Create effective schedules and ensure that the bar is adequately staffed during peak hours
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards
  • Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area
  • Train staff to provide excellent service
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly

Job Requirements

Your main qualifications/skills
  • Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated professional eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
  • Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
  • Relevant experience in a restaurant/bar, ideally within a hotel environment
  • Fluency in English (verbal)
  • Degree/Diploma in Mixology/Winery would be a plus
  • Proven experience of managing a small or bigger team within an F & B environment
