Your main responsibilities
- Ensure that all cleaning procedures and methods are followed according to the company’s standards
- Detect malfunctions or damages in the rooms and public areas and take further actions
- Oversee the cleaning progress of the rooms and public areas
- Be familiar with the type of rooms as well as their location and layout
- Liaise with other departments (Front Office, Guest Relations, etc) to ensure service excellence
- Prepare the daily schedule and shifts
- Assist in all housekeeping related tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping or Room Division Manager
