We are seeking a Headwaiter to join our Food & Beverage team, ensuring high service standards and an excellent hospitality experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests in accordance with the company’s quality standards
• Serve food and beverages at the hotel’s outlets
• Support service procedures and the organization of dining areas
• Present and explain menus to guests
• Manage orders and inform management of any shortages
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace
• Comply with hygiene and safety regulations

• Previous experience in a similar position (hotel experience will be considered an asset)
• Good command of the English language (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
• Degree in Hospitality Studies and certifications/seminars in beverages and wines (e.g., WSPC) will be appreciated
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle demanding situations
