We are seeking an Assistant Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team, contributing to the smooth operation of the service and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Waiter in the preparation and execution of service
• Prepare dining areas before service (table setup, equipment cleaning, replenishment of materials)
• Serve guests in accordance with the hotel’s service standards
• Comply with hygiene regulations and food safety procedures

• Previous experience in a similar position or in the F&B sector (hotel experience will be considered an asset)
• Basic knowledge of service procedures and willingness to undergo continuous training
• Good command of the English language (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
• Team spirit, reliability, and professional conduct
• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
