We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team and actively contribute to the creation of high-level gastronomic experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the hotel’s quality standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth department operations
- Maintain high standards of taste, quality, and presentation
- Ensure full compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
- Properly manage and store raw materials
- Contribute to the development of new recipes and menus
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
