Night Auditor
Location: Ouranoupolis, Chalkidiki
Position Summary
The Night Auditor will have to provide excellent customer focused service to all guests according to company’s standards with a view to maximizing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure a polite and warm welcome to all guests, manage all department’s related operations (check in/out, payments, keep front desk tidy, answer and redirect all incoming calls and e mails, receive letters or packages and distribute them)
- Audit and balance reports from the day shifts; check figures, postings and documents for accuracy; record, store and analyze computerized financial information
- Follow the department cashier and credit card closure procedure; prepare a summary of cash, check and credit card activities
- Build full knowledge of resort and hotel facilities, activities, daily events and special food and beverage events
- Check to see that all charges are assigned to the appropriate departments; liaise and cooperate with other departments (reservations, housekeeping, maintenance)
- Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
- Ensure excellent response to all guest requests / complaints; maintain confidentiality of guests information and follow proper protocol
