German Customer Service Advisor for Online Shop

Jobfind.gr is seeking German Customer Service Advisor for Online Shop on behalf of a multinational company in Athens.

Role Overview
Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all customers. This vital position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sale problems

• Management of incoming calls
  
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Native / near native in German language (at least C1 level)
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
