Job Description

We’re hiring Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives. If you're fluent in Swedish and English and ready to deliver outstanding customer support, we’d love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and emails in both Swedish and English
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Provide accurate product/service information using internal tools
Requirements:
  • C2 Swedish and C1 English proficiency (written & spoken)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working from office or home (depending on location & setup)
Working Hours:

Monday–Friday: 09:00–19:15 (shifts)
