Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives. If you're fluent in Swedish and English and ready to deliver outstanding customer support, we’d love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls and emails in both Swedish and English
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate product/service information using internal tools
Requirements:- C2 Swedish and C1 English proficiency (written & spoken)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Comfortable working from office or home (depending on location & setup)
Working Hours:Monday–Friday: 09:00–19:15 (shifts)
